YAY! Same posture, same stretch, same pop, same relief. It was awesome.
Looking forward to day 12 and see what I can realign today.
In other news Kendall has shown interest in coming to yoga with me, I
asked Lisa about it last night and I'm going to plan to take her to
class next thursday where she can participate in the second half of
class when the "real Hatha yoga begins" and we are mainly on the floor.
Stay tuned to see what my 8 year old thinks of the hot room.
